• Age and address (for in-person visit sessions)
• Government-issued ID documents (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID)
• Live verification photographs
• Guardian and emergency contact details (for child and elder sessions)
• Session booking history and payment records

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification before session access
• Booking confirmation, reminders, and Google Meet link delivery
• Emergency contact during in-person sessions
• Fraud prevention and platform safety
• Invoicing and payment processing via Razorpay

3. Data Sharing Policy

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Data is shared only with: (a) Razorpay for payment processing, (b) Google Meet for session link generation, and (c) law enforcement if legally required.

4. No Recording Policy

Sessions conducted via Google Meet are strictly prohibited from being recorded by any participant. Veda Companionship does not record sessions. Violation of this policy results in immediate, permanent account suspension.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for 2 years after your last booking. ID documents are deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

6. Your Rights
